About Us

We believe that God has created each child in a unique and thoughtful way. He has blessed each one of them with special gifts and strengths. In response to this belief, our staff will work to identify and develop these gifts using a well-balanced Bible-based curriculum.
We believe that our preschool should be an extension of the family. We are committed to fostering strong relationships between school families and staff at Footsteps Academy.

Our vision and desire is to create a Christ-centered, Child-oriented preschool environment for children ages 2-5 where they will be nurtured, challenged, loved, and guided into a knowledge of God and His love for them. It is our desire for the entire staff at the preschool to work together to maintain a stimulating and safe environment in which the children can grow.
We believe that God has created each child in a unique and thoughtful way. He has blessed each of them with special gifts and strengths that the staff will work to identify and develop. With the use of a well balanced curriculum, the children will be engaged in both individual and group discovery learning. Because children at this age learn primarily by doing, the staff will be committed to providing opportunities for this to happen as often as possible. The staff will work to promote growth in many areas including physical, emotional, social, intellectual and spiritual.
